Our meticulous packaging process ensures the utmost security for all cards.

All cards are carefully enclosed in premium accessories which include a Penny Sleeve, Toploader/One-Touch, and Team Bag.

(Please be aware that some accessories may have store stickers)

For cards valued under $20, we implement an extra layer of care with our double-packed system. Your cards are secured in a Plain White Envelope nestled within a robust Cardboard Envelope, ensuring an additional level of protection during transit.

Elevate your confidence in receiving cards valued between $20 and $100, dispatched in the same meticulous packaging but also encased in an Australia Post Tracked Envelope for added peace of mind.

High-value cards exceeding $100 are shipped in a Padded Envelope with Tracking and Signature for enhanced security.

Card Boxes will be dispatched utilising the Australia Parcel Post service and securely encased within durable packaging for optimal protection during transit.

We are committed to promptly dispatching your order within 1-3 business days, ensuring timely satisfaction.

In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, our commitment is to promptly facilitate replacements or issue refunds, contingent upon the product's retention in its original packaging.
